About this product
A sous vide stick holds a water bath at an exact temperature for hours, and the buying question in this family is which of the four listed versions matches your pot and your cooking style. The 1000W rating is the headline: it is ample for 10–15 litres of water kept at 55–65°C, adequate for larger baths with a lid or in a warm kitchen, and insufficient as a standalone heater if you plan to boil water — sous vide units keep temperature, they do not race to it. WiFi and app control add recipes, alarms and remote monitoring; they are genuinely useful for long cooks you want to check from another room, and irrelevant if the bath sits on the counter next to you. All versions clamp to a pot wall and circulate water, which is what keeps the temperature even — a bigger pot does not need a bigger device, only patience during preheat. Confirm with the seller which plug type ships for your country and whether the clamp fits your pot's rim thickness.

Pros & cons
Pros
- Four versions to match budget and feature depth instead of one fixed bundle
- 1000W holds a 10–15 litre bath steady at typical sous vide temperatures
- Water circulation keeps the temperature even edge-to-edge in the pot
- App control adds recipes, alarms and remote checks for long cooks
Cons
- The differences between the four versions (probe type, app features, clamp design) are not itemized here — ask for the comparison before choosing
- Plug type for your country is not stated; a sous vide stick runs for hours and needs the correct plug, not an adapter stack
- It maintains temperature but will not boil water — preheat plans should account for that
- Whether the clamp suits your pot's rim thickness is unlisted
