The 240W rating is what lets it hold heat on thick wire and ground planes, where a 60W pen would stall and you would end up with a cold joint. The handle and the tip are two different families of shape, so a T245 handle will not accept C210 tips and the reverse is also true; pick the handle first and then tips that belong to it.
